Where there's smoke...

Northern Ontario is on fire. We're seeing the smoke from those fires down in southern Ontario. My heart is with the people and animals losing their homes and communities. 

Our idiot of a Premier cut funding to firefighting for this and some* of our neighbours to the south, who Canadian firefighters have volunteered to help when wildfires where threatening their homes, are taking their time to whinge about the smoke blowing across the border and their leaders are sending threatening notes or making threatening speeches. 

I'm sad for everyone up north and across Canada and the US under threat from these forest fires. I'd say unprecedented but each year they're unprecedented lately. I wish we could take climate change seriously.
